well John let me take his picture about 2 or 3 days after the actual 12 week mark not because he was trying to widdle away that last piece of fat, no we're just lazy, lol. We are still waking up every morning, ok most mornings and working out at the gym. Our membership to Gold's expires in 2 and a half months and then I think we'll probably start doing p90x for free in our home, imagine. Anywho I'm ready to start doing a normal family oriented blog now and for all of you who have been following our progress you'll see no more until August when I post my before tummy tuck pictures!
