Well here it is and tada I haven't changed enough to win my competition, but it was great motivation, and that is what I ultimately did it for. I didn't actual get to go in today for the final weigh in because of work, but I did all my own measurements and took some final pictures so lets compare: 1st week waist was 29" and my 12 week waist is 28 1/2". I lost half an inch :) I appearantly didn't write down what my thighs and hips were back then but I'm guessing it was more than half an inch I'll write it down here for posterity, lol. Hips 36" and thighs 22", it's still more than I would like if I'm being honest, but if I'm being realistic it's great. I am going to do another 3 month round of working out before I have my tummy tuck so hopefully I can have a lot less fat on me than I do now. My body fat was 20% on the first week and during my 12 weeks it fluxuated from 17-22% I didn't go in today so I honestly don't know what it's at today, it all depends on water retention and my father who knows everything says those electronic readers are not all that reliable. My weight to start off with was 131 lbs. and today it's 135 lbs. dagnabit. My biceps are much much bigger I wish I would have measured those 12 weeks ago. My thighs are starting to get some muscle again and my calves as well but they still need a lot of work! My next goal will be to lose another pant size, that's the best way to measure it anyway. Final Picture Day!

I'm still not sure why you're getting a tummy tuck. You look awesome!!!
thanks for the complement but when you see my before pictures for my tummy tuck then you'll know why I want/need one. When I bend over i have all this skin that hangs when I stand up straight like for these pictures it doesn't look bad.
Good job Kristal. i think it is great that you stayed pretty motivated the whole time, I would have caved. you look awesome!
Maybe if we go in for tummy tucks together we can get a "bring-a-cousin" discount! Worth a try! ;)
